Dr. Toma delivered an invited talk at Pittcon 2026 (Pittsburgh Conference on Analytical Chemistry and Applied Spectroscopy).

The presentation focused on the development of an SPR-based biosensor for continuous and reversible detection of therapeutic drugs in complex biological media. This work provides a foundation for therapeutic drug monitoring and points toward future applications in the detection of pharmaceutical residues in aquatic environments.
